Northwestern Foods specializes in custom food ingredient dry blending.  Founded in 1978 by Alden Drew and Mimie Pollard, we have grown considerably over the years.  We are located in the Twin Cities in our newly expanded facility in Arden Hills, Minnesota.  Our state of the art production space, research and development staff, and experienced mixers and blenders set NFI apart from other custom blenders.  Our customers are located across the United States as well as abroad.

We’re nimble.  We stay on top of market trends and regulations and we can quickly bring your product to market.

We are very proud to be BRC issue 7 Certified.  We are also Kosher and Halal certified.
